"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Lovely hotel 8n a great location. Quick check 8n and friendly staff. Do not tolerate anyone acting noisily. Rooms would benefit from better towels and toilet paper. Noise could be heard outside especially when the bins were emptied at 7.30am. Breakfast excellant"

"Love stay. Food was good very clean hotel only think which was a disappointed some staff not all staff were quiet rude with no customer service training at all ,, one lady front of desk,, no hello no smile , no can I help you ,, yet a gentleman on front desk was lovely "

"In general, the hotel needs rennovation and services to get better: medditeranean style is really cool and the territory is huge, but the terrace is not secured at all, your neighbor can just step over a low board and be on your terrace and if you are on the 1st or 2 floor, just in 3 m from you is a golf camp that you cant enjoy time on terrace and the golf ball could be dropped to your head. Room service works just till 00:00 and after that its impossible to get absolutely nothing, not food or...

"Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "
