Breakfast Buffet go early as omelette station closes very early. Decent selection to start your day. UNIQUE about this newer hotel. Floors stay cooled so room is constant 70 to 73 farenheit even in hot weather with air conditioning off. Ideal temperature in hotel for those that do not like the hot/cold extremes in Hong Kong May through October weather. Swimming pool is useless; see the pictures. Nowhere to sit and small with a narrow corridor on ground floor to reach it directly through the narrow gym. Stay here if at least $50usd less than competing area hotels. Mainly all 55+ crowd

The staff are very polite and efficient. We arrived early and they still checked us in and even gave us an upgrade to seaview room. The room is in good shape and clean. The only recommendation I have is to update the fitness center equipments. But overall, we are very happy with the experience.

Please have someone assist the visitors with their luggages when they check in and check-out. Please also provide bigger garbage cans. Please provide a floor mat outside the shower to help dry the feet after showering. But we really like your hotel. The designs and interior decorations were so good. The location was also very convenient to take the MTR. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Overall I had a pleasant experience. The room was quite small, and some amenities were not provided, which was a little disappointing. However, the hotel's location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The service from the staff was also wonderful. In particular, the lady from housekeeping was incredibly helpful and friendly. She kept the room clean and tidy every day, and her hard work and kindness made my stay much more enjoyable. Despite the small room, I would consider staying here again because of the great location and the excellent service provided by the staff.
