Room is clean and organized. There was a welcome fresh fruit platter by the sofa next to the window. The hotel stuff was also very helpful and assisted me with taxi tab once I arrived the hotel from the railway station.

The hotel itself is not bad, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the property is not well maintained. We had to move to another room because the first one smelled of mold and had visible mold in it. Unfortunately, the second room was not in ideal condition either.

Friendly staff from every member we encountered; front staff, bellmen, cleaning and maintenance. Questions re. directions, transportation and general inquiries were answered quickly and throughly. Toilet was not flushing and someone came quickly and quietly since it very early and family members were still sleeping.

Beautiful hotel, excellent position, food was great. Room looked out onto a small gravel garden but no view. Rain head shower didn’t work, pop up plug was stuck so water couldn’t drain from sink, had to tie up the other shower head as it kept slipping down the pole. I mentioned this to hotel staff, but only the slipping shower head was fixed. All in all the room fell below expectations for a 5 star hotel.

My only complaint is that the rooms were hot! The staff did try to cool it off but until late in the night we were sweating. We had a beautiful view and the breakfast buffet was massive! Very clean and comfortable aside from the temp of the room.

Where ever you went staff were around too help you. Rooms comfotable and hot water at all taps anytime of day. Great location for restaurants 7-11s and public transport. EDMUND front desk looked after us from tge start.

We had a bit of a rocky start to our stay. The first suite we were given smelled of stale smoke and the carpet was littered with stains. They handled it well by giving us the Epic Suite for one night until another suite in our category was available the next day. Otherwise all went well. We had a beautiful view from our harbourview suite. The included breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly want. The staff are very helpful. Particularly Raymond the chief concierge. We had a dinner our last night at the in house Chinese restaurant Tao Li. It was excellent! Special thanks to manager Leo for guiding us in our choices and making the entire evening special.
