"This is an old fashioned drive up to the door motel with a gravel parking lot. There was no AC but none was needed in the mountains, even in August. It is minutes away from the Cumbres & Toltec train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay. Cute place all newly renovated. Had a bar and small restaurant with a petit menu but food was delicious. We stayed 2 nights to ride the train. Depot was directly across the street. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Had awesome rainfall shower."

Even though the motel is right off the highway, it's very quiet. Only minutes from the hot springs resort. Wish I would have been able to stay longer, Pagosa Springs is a cute town. Motel staff was just as great!"
