"Clean, Safe and excellent hospitality "

"Their office closed at 10:00pm so they sent me a code to open the lock box with our key since we would be arriving late. They provided breakfast but in a very clever, unique way. They made a deal with the restaurant next door so that the patrons of Dunes Inn could go to the restaurant and chose from 5 different breakfast meals, including orange juice or coffee, for free. The room itself was huge. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We especially enjoyed having a small table and chairs. They do use an old-fashioned room key so they require a deposit when you register but you get it back. "

"Decorations are unique and interesting. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast variety was great. Large bathtub was a challenge to get in and out for senior people. Didn't know all rooms required going upstairs with no elevator available."

"Quiet, clean, comfortable, well-located. This house worked well for our 4-day visit to the Alamosa area. Kitchen is well equipped, upstairs AC cooled well (and we hardly needed it). Host was responsive--overall, great!"
