"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. "

"This centrally located hotel was my home for four days in Merida. The room was no frills but it was good, the bathroom/shower was large. The staff were kind and friendly and you could tell they were happy to be there. Short walk to Parque San Juan, a little more to Plaza Grande.. Merida centro at its cultural best. Thanks for a great visit. "
