I am very happy to have stayed at Courtyard Marriott for my vacations. Housekeeping was outstanding never missed a beat cleaning daily. The staff very professional and friendly.The hotel restaruant was very convenient for having breakfast before heading out sight seeing. The Bar by the pool was great. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Merida.

The property was great. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The rooftop pool views were amazing at sunset. Not too far from el centro. But i wouldn't walk in that humidity during the day. Ubers are a cheap option. 3-4 dollars for the trip. I would stay again. Night time bartender girl was super friendly and always made me feel at home. Cant remember her name, but thank you for your hospitality.

By far the rudest Marriott I have ever stayed at. They denied me my Bonvoy benefits because I had booked the hotel and all the others through Expedia. I asked for the manager who told me that he was wasting his time and I should discuss with my broker. Staff was most interested in not working.

Jeremias and Wendy truly made us feel at home — their warmth and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. They took excellent care of us throughout our stay. I would have gladly given this experience a full 5-star rating, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive the city-view room we had booked. Instead, our room faced the parking lot. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary drink per person each day. However, instead of receiving three drinks daily for our group of three, we were only given two. Despite this issue, Jeremias and Wendy’s outstanding service made our stay memorable.
