"Staff was pleasant. Room cleanliness was mid. Splurge of something down the picture frame along bedside so hopefully sanitation is taken seriously. Pool was shut down for the evening of last night of stay and extremely over crowded every other night with kids and no parents! Not what the rules stated was allowed. Smoke free establishment and the entire space smelled like marijuana my entire stay. I will not be "

"The hotel is great but charging $77 per day for parking to paying guests is a bit insane! Also, the suite I booked didn’t have a microwave in it considering that the hotel itself has two restaurants inside it and I couldn’t warm up my leftovers was kind of an inconvenience…other than that I had a great stay!"

"I enjoyed my single day here. I saw disturbing stories elsewhere of them adding a resort fee or mandatory benefits package, but in my case that appears to have been included in my up front room cost. There was a large young folk party next door but there was decent room to room noise dampening (though I still heard it). Slept like a log either way. I'm fairly sure had I complained the desk would have been on it but was in a 'let the kids have their fun' mood. The nachos ($10 off, so $5) and two free drinks at the bar were nice. The breakfast was very meh, but free. All the staff in all my interactions were friendly. Fair warning. If you ask for late checkout your key still stops working at 11 AM so plan ahead. I was simply waiting for my next room so just hung out in bed. Had I been coming and going this would have been a hassle. "

"Overall terrible stay - the one plus is the location is great, but the person working at reception was so unhelpful upon my arrival (borderline rude), the room was extremely small, and the walls were paper thin I could hear everything going on in all rooms nearby. You can also hear everything going on outside. In addition, the air conditioning/fan unit wasn’t working. There are plenty of nice places to stay in Chicago at a similar price, don’t stay here."
