This hotel was great! It’s in a good location - super easy to walk to most things. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We did not use any of the amenities nor room service, so I have no comment on those things.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly, its right on the river, everything is very clean, hotel bar area is always a vibe, they offer freebies and discounts on food/drinks/entertainment, and there are so many restaurants within a few feet.

Steps from The House of Blues so very convenient for shows there. Also very close to great restaurants. Parking is expensive, but there is a garage across the street. Parkwizz can find that. Over all 10/10.

Excellent location. Rooms a little dated, but comfortable for the most part. Bathroom could use the space better (shower/bath could be larger). Room attendant didn’t refill the shower gel. Little things, but would have no problem staying there again. The location is just outstanding.
