"We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property. "This is a B&B stay for traveler. Visitors must contact the day before to checkin. The front counter closes at 10 pm. We didn't look at the Expedia fine print so we arrived there at midnight and the hotel was closed. Luckily, the neighbor's vendors was relative of the hotel and contacted the owner and the owner came down to open the door for us. "
