An unforgettable experience

Sitting right on the Sun Moon Lake, so beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful. Their Christmas celebration was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Except that we suffered from 30 insect bites (likely mosquitoes) - would have been better if the hotel cautioned us or provided insect repellent (more on increasing awareness and prevention to make the stay even better).

I booked three rooms during my stay. The carpets in all three rooms are very dirty and stained, and the noise level can be high, depending on the guests staying above you. The water in my shower took a long time to get hot, at least 5 minutes. Lastly, when I put on the robe provided by the hotel after my shower, it had a strong cologne scent, suggesting that the hotel did not wash it after the previous guest wore it.

老弱婦孺

飯店環境不錯，景觀也很棒，唯一小小缺點是沒有行李坡道和電梯，入住和退房時都要辛苦的把行李搬上搬下，對老人家和身體不夠強壯的人有點挑戰！雖然飯店人員服務都很親切，但入住和退房時卻沒有人幫忙我們拿行李，明明是適合家庭旅行的地方，卻少了一點點對老弱婦孺的體貼，有一點美中不足。

服務人員親切接待，快速有效率，面對湖景的房間CP值很高，是一個非常棒的入住體驗，但是陽台與陽台間只有隔濂，隔音是比較不好的，飯店也有說明

木造建築古色古香，但浴室又彷彿新裝修般的乾淨 本館的設施也很多，甚至晚上用餐還有音樂表演 的確有讓許多名人造訪的價直 唯一的缺點是隔音不好，只要隔壁講話大聲一點就能聽到，作息跟別人不同或音量較大的人可能不適合

飯店清潔度有待加強,落地窗簾下有毛巾沒有收拾,椅子下方有吃過乾掉的饅頭沒清潔到~~ 廁所算是收拾最乾淨的~~ 隔音設備不優,因飯店有先行告知就有心理準備,只是到午夜1點多依舊能聽到隔壁交談聲音,有點影響睡眠品質 接待人員服務態度很好,門衛禮貌又熱心~~
