"Location is ideal being one with nature. We rented a car so locating the property wasn’t hard. Average hotel. Our room can fit 5 futons. Bathroom size is spacious though the amenities, overall is average. We enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast is sufficient. "

"Nice views from the rooms. Comfortable beds."

"It was a memorable stay - tastefully designed room with all the comfort in mind, great location , only steps away from the pier. The best part was the morning bike ride organized by the hotel- we met at 5 am and it was definitely worth it - the lake was serene and beautiful and the sunrise was amazing! The local guide was informative and and friendly and we had a blast!"

"Had an amazing stay at this property in mid April. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay so wonderful. The room had amazing views and amenities The breakfast was also amazing, so delicious Our stay at sun moon lake residence 8 was the highlight of our two week trip in Taipei."

"The hotel is cheap and clean."

"All good except the smell in the room due to an old hotel."

"整齊乾淨程度不錯，但早餐餐廳太過悶熱，完全沒開空調，連電扇都沒有。 上2樓規定換拖鞋，立意不錯，可保持環境乾淨，但建議拖鞋應分大小尺寸。"

"Great location Helpful accommodating staff"

"Hotel is dated but decor was nice. Room had only one plug in to charge devices. Room had everything we needed and breakfast had good selections. "

"Swimming pool was empty of water. Fruit flies infested dining area. Large, comfortable rooms with good bed and good bathroom. "
