"1) Very nice building and clean room. 2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well. 3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way. 4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices."

"I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout since I didn’t arrive until midnight and I was very tired. I was offered an upgraded room for a fee. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but turned out to be very worthwhile as the room was spacious and comfortable, and I got a 2pm checkout instead of the regular 11am. "
