" The room was very clean and tidy, and I’ve stayed at the property several times before, my last visit being in February, always receiving exceptional service. The Abode is my ho to hotel in Chester. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the check-in experience was not up to the usual standard and was quite disappointing. I also found the staff member to be rude and not at all helpful, which negatively impacted my overall experience."

I asked housekeeping for a second and was told that they weren't carried on their trolly. She was polite and apologetic, but I just thought it was odd. It wouldn't stop me from returning. "
