Hotel was excellent - it was great to be able to use the spa facilities (we used the hot tub and sauna but didn't use the pool) as when we were there the weather was rubbish. Dinner and breakfast were great too, as were the staff.
The staff were excellent/first class. Nothing was too much trouble and always provided with a smile. The location was perfect set in a very quiet valley. The spa was another strong plus - i would recommend the body and face treatment. And the restaurant was equally excellent too.
We had a lovely two night stay at Losehill. Ideally situated if you want to walk up Losehill or Mam Tor and Edale is a 20 minute bus ride away. The bus can be caught from the bottom of the lane. The service from every member of staff we encountered during our stay was outstanding. The food was excellent with amazing views as you eat.
Stunning location in a relaxed and peaceful hotel with pleasant rooms and very friendly staff. The light and spacious restaurant was lovely with amazing top class food and excellent service. The spa is a little underwhelming but more than made up for by the beautiful views with some incredible walks right from the hotel.
Lovely. We will definitely be back. The food was really special as was the wine and service. We paid for the deluxe king room and the bathroom was really lovely my only slight gripe was the room didn’t feel especially roomy or deluxe however the bathroom did make up for this as it was gorgeous. Not a complaint but I think I wouldn’t pay the extra for the deluxe room when I come back which I definitely will be doing. It’s worth it for the food and service alone as well as the beautiful scenery.

Staff were excellent, food was good, beds comfortable. there was a smell from the cesspit that lingered all weekend, and the Pool could have been cleaner. Overall very nice stay
Amazing stay, great idea having only 1 option of dinner, bed & breakfast rate, so it's all taken care of. Dinner at the hotel's Grafene restaurant was really good. Nice spa facilities.

We had a lovely stay at Losehill overall and the staff were welcoming. The location is wonderful, with plenty of beautiful walks in the surrounding area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Our first room had a massive number of ladybirds in the bathroom and it seems like this has been a problem for the hotel in recent weeks. The staff were helpful and arranged a new room for us, but it wasn't clear how they planned to address the issue longer term.
The spa is okay but limited - we enjoyed the sauna but it would be great to have a steam room and some extra facilities. The hot tub was nice but you do smell the drains a bit.
We ate dinner down the road so can't comment on the evening service, but the breakfast was excellent!
Beautiful hideaway in the valley. Spa and food were excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Great location in Peaks National Park
Excellent food and service. Enjoyed catching up with friends in the hot tub area which you need to pre book. Room a little on the small side but well presented. Good vegetarian and vegan choice of food
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel especially after reading so many 10/10 reviews. It was clear my room hadn’t been cleaned properly there was dust, dead insects, cobwebs & 2 spiders living with us. My daughter did not want me to make a fuss so l let it go. However when it was past midnight & l came out of my shower l saw her wide awake staring at the ceiling. The spiders had decided to venture out of their corner and were actively roaming the ceiling & room. There were 4 spiders & although l have a phobia my daughter could not sleep with them being so active ! The receptionist was good enough to come & collect them. When he came we couldn’t open the door because one of the spiders was climbing up & down in front of the door. Woke up next day They were coming in through the window each day

Wouldn't class this as a luxury hotel.
Had to pay a premium for a dog friendly room which would be Okay if we hadn't been relegated to an average room still containing the last occupants dog hairs.
Dinner was nice staff excellent.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired undercooked slimy poached eggs, thought luxury hotel would have fresh avocado but no, it appeared to have come out of a tub.
Full Derbyshire the oatcake looked like it ham swam there through a pan of grease, black pudding was a big lump on the plate no finesse whatsoever, as for the bacon it was grey in colour and the fat wasn't cooked. I wouldn't have given to my dog.
The view was nice but it still didn't detract from the awful breakfast.
If they want to be a luxury hotel they the need to up their game
Quite a fantastic hotel, arguably one of the best within Peak District, considering hotel is bestowed with breathtaking views of Losehill peaks.
To compliment all the above, hotel has Spa and Sauna facilities, which overlook the peaks.
Last but not the least, it houses Grafene fine dine restaurant and Bar, which use some of the freshest ingredients available locally. Definitely recommended
The star of the show is tithe restaurant! The food is simply amazing. Lovely tranquil hotel set amongst stunning scenery in Hope valley. Cant wait to go back.
