"Excellent hotel in the great area of town "

"We had a great visit in Epernay at this excellent location right by the Saturday AM market and a few minutes walk to many restaurants and champagne houses. Loved the kitchen that had everything we needed to make dinner. The bed was very comfy with nice bedding. "

"Second stay in 3 months, great location, a little more expensive but to be expected as weather warms up. Walking access to Reims in 15mins and excellent access and secure parking sells it."

"We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The code given was wrong and we received another email 2 days...
