"We arrived early and succeed in getting 3 hour early access to our room. Service staff were very helpful with smart phone activation and access to Uber. As it was raining, we dined at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent and reasonably priced, as was morning continental breakfast. Only inconvenience was requirement to walk outdoors from reception to our room. "

"The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent shower. Easy walking distance to city centre. The train station was next door so of course there was noise but earplugs resolved that. Great value for being downtown with parking available."

"Well located for an enjoyable visit to Reims. Surprised there were no doormen to assist in luggage and taxis. "

"Small but functional room. Comfy beds. Steps from the railway station. All that was needed. Good breakfast buffet. "

"This is an excellent budget accommodation with a small kitchen. There was no coffee machine and not even a tea bag. It was a great stop over for what we paid. "

"Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town."

"What a wonderful location, in the middle of all the eateries and bars. No noise either, even though there was a small balcony from our bedroom, overlooking the street with all the restaurants. Park in the Erlon underground car park, a 2 minute walk to the hotel."
