"The hotel is dull and drab, the staff were rude, they had a moan when I would take a couple of boil eggs from breakfast up to my room, the food in the restaurant was awful. I would never recommend this hotel. "

"Very mixed experience.. arrival the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the staff at breakfast were fantastic! However, our room had a funny smell to it on arrival.
