Note that “Laundry Facility” means “Laundry Service” for a fee and not on-site coin op machines for guests. A very nice laundromat is close by. Even with that note, we’d stay here on another visit. "

"Very spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the Main Street, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. With the windows closed we couldn’t hear a sound so that was great at night. The room was very spacious but did not have a fridge nor an iron. Great location and a very secure set up. Staff were friendly enough and check in/out went smoothly. "We had a smaller room on the main floor, which was fine as we were gone most of the day visiting Etoge and Champagne houses. Easy to access the area from the Chateau. The staff was great, professional and very accomodating. We had bought a baguette/cheese/meat for a relaxing evening meal and they provided a nice tray for us with plates, utensils, nuts and drinks that we ordered. The restaurant was very good the first evening we stayed. What a beautiful setting, uiet, peaceful and beautifully...

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
