"This property had outstanding hospitality. They treated us like family the day we checked in. The rooms and the rest of the property are very clean. Hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. Housekeeping crew works extremely hard to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The entire front desk team is professional and friendly. The hotel restaurant staff do an amazing job taking care of you. Food was delicious and presentation was perfect! I would definitely stay at the property again if we were to come back. "Gorgeous, clean, renovated room! Loved the screened in porch. We had excellent food/beverage service by the beach and pool. Loved the pickleball court, and enjoyed a delicious meal at Opus. It was nice being at a resort that has good food, but is not difficult to get a table or reservation. Housekeeping was fantastic. Only negative experience was the bellman upon check-in who had an attitude that he could not be bothered, and seemed very annoyed that we wanted to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. We had medication etc that couldn’t sit in our hot car. Other than that, excellent and friendly staff!! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back! "

"Location wasn’t bad but the place need total renovation; need to be cleaned. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Breakfast area didn’t look clean. The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty. "
