"Parking is horrible in the streets, and the car park itself is small at £15 per day pricey.
Walk to beach is why we stay here, staff are all young but very polite.
Building was once grand, a little jaded now, but clean and tidy, we have been regulars for s verbal years now."
"My room was stylish, spacious and very comfortable and was “tidied” every day by housekeeping staff. Staff on reception were polite and helpful.
I did not use the restaurant facilities or the swimming pool/ jacuzzi so cannot comment on them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, I enjoyed my stay and the location of it is very good for sightseeing around Bournemouth."

"My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC.
But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. "
