"It was a very nice hotel with a warm and safe vibe! There was no view from our room, which was disappointing at 400 bucks a night. The staff were friendly and informative. All the concierge were very helpful and the cleaning lady was beautiful. One older man at the concierge was very disgruntled and I don’t think he realized he was mumbling bad words under his breath, but I immediately went to speak to the other friendly staff who again were very helpful. "This was my first stay at the Royal York and I am blown away by my experience. The hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. Staying on a Gold floor definitely added another level of luxury . The suite was outfitted with anything I could have possibly expected and more . The 18th floor lounge offers wonderful food and drink selections . The staff were helpful and very attentive . Not cheap but for a special occasion such as my 60th birthday, well worth the indulgence !"
