"We missed breakfast one day because a large group of school-aged children stayed at the hotel during the same time as us, which I didn’t mind. However, the hotel didn’t seem prepared for the number of guests. Either they didn’t cook enough food or couldn’t keep up with demand. As a result, there was a long line, and almost no food was left by the time we reached the front before closing. I believe that if the hotel plans to accommodate large groups, they should prepare better so that other guests can still receive good service. Additionally, the walls and ceiling were very thin—I could hear people running in the hallway and talking. Our room was near the elevator, which made it especially noisy until around 11 p.m. or midnight. I woke up frequently due to the noise, and the air quality in the room didn’t feel very good."

"Our stay was overall very nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and they brought us extra towels as requested. The only thing that I feel could’ve been improved was the TV, as it felt very outdated and clunky."

"The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Seriously top notch. The overall state of the hotel however was not as pictured. The rooms were old and felt run down. The carpet floor felt sticky. The stay wasnt bad, just not as we envisioned based on the advertised pictures"

"We stayed here as a family and chose Embassy Suites because we’ve generally had reliable experiences, especially with the included breakfast. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, which we appreciated. However, this one was somewhat disappointing. The biggest concern was the breakfast on our first morning, I saw a roach in the muffins, which completely turned me off from eating there for the rest of our stay. There were also a few maintenance and upkeep issues. The washing machines on our floor were not working, and we had to go down multiple floors just to dry towels, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was a small hole in the couch, and the patio furniture showed noticeable wear and tear and could use updating. Overall, while the stay was okay, these issues made it fall short of what we typically expect from Embassy Suites, especially for the price. "

"My wife and I had the most amazing time at the Lafayette. I called an hour and a half before we made it to the hotel, letting them know we just got married, and they not only gave us a complimentary upgrade to an extremely nice room but also hooked us up with champagne. The staff was extremely nice, the amenities were great, and we would 1000% come back. The pool, ambiance, and food were also amazing. We highly recommend staying here to celebrate or just hang out!"
