"We had a very pleasant overnight in Athol, and even had a magical snowy morning. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen missing a few things like oven trays and some other bits and pieces, and oven was a big older etc. but overall comfortable with very peaceful surrounds."

"The bach is well appointed maybe 35 min walk from the waterfront in a quiet new subburb. Nice and warm in winter, good showers, has everything necessary for a short or intermediate stay. Also has some cosy features like indoor and outdoor fire. Nice place, would have liked to stay longer."

"Property was spot on for our weeks getaway. In a complex of similar properties and only a few minutes walk from the Cardrona Hotel. Property was lovely and clean, nice and warm and just right for the two of us. The only thing to watch for is how thin the walls are but we were out exploring every day and sleep with ear plugs in anyway so it was no great travesty!Highly recommended and will hopefully get the chance to revisit."
