Great communication from the management agency. Easy all the way. Views from the house are amazing. Loved the hot tub. Quick walk right in to central Queenstown- just be prepared for the hills!
Clean, modern, spacious with room and privacy for the whole family of 5. Could not fault the location and the view across Queenstown and beyond was stunning.
Beautiful property, excellent location, breathtaking views, well appointed. Great spot for the family, and the hot tub is a must after a days hiking or skiing. Would totally recommend this house.
Our 2nd stay at this perfect location finished off our NZ Queenstown stay at the end of our South Island trip nicely, easy walk down to catch the ski bus and waterfront and restaurants. We loved the property, and would definitely stay here again in furture NZ trips.
Overall the accommodation was adequate, a bit tired and old : the bathroom had cracks and mould, the tap to change from bath to shower didn’t work But in the end we booked this property for the hot tub and that didn’t disappoint…that was amazing Overall we think the property just needs an upgrade
Stayed here with my wife and brother in law during a visit to Queenstown. Great location, and host was responsive. Check-in & check-out was seamless and easy. Pictures do make the house look more modern than it is - some parts do seem newer than others, but overall it was good quality. FYI garage has difficulty fitting an SUV (VW Tiguan) but there is plenty of space in the driveway to park.
Would recommend for anyone with a large group staying in Queenstown.
Lovely property, amazing view, well set up.
Major roadworks at bottom of the hill made walk into centre Queenstown bit longer than expected but not too bad.
The Hadden’s is in a good location & has lovely views. It’s a bit tired though & given the price it needs extra touches like some nice shampoos, conditioners & body lotions in the bathrooms. An information folder with recommendations for restaurants etc., would be nice. It’s just didn’t feel very homely. We had a great time in Queenstown as always, but would be looking for a different property next time.
This house was exactly what we expected. Beautiful landscaping, home, and view. There were very detailed instructions for check in and use of all amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and the home is quite spacious. The couches are very comfortable. The property is on a hill so if you plan to walk into town know that you'll be walking up very steep hills. If we had one complaint it's that they require you to not use the patio after 9PM, which seems a bit ridiculous considering the noise from town is audible from the patio and can be heard well into the night. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.
Unfortunately the stay was tarnished by poor management of the property. They handled themselves in an unprofessional manner and were quite rude regarding the management of the spa.
The property itself was nice, it was in a good area. The roadworks made the walking trip that little bit longer.
Location is amazing, views are beautiful, hot tub great, kitchen had basic supplies but functional, main bedroom had no block-out blinds which would have been nice, pillow were sloppy, but beds were warm and cosy. Overall very nice and very happy we chose this property. A side note - located well but up a very steep hill so while walking into town everyday is available, having to walk back up the steep hill home did become a bit tiring.
