"We love going to the Monarch Casino for a quick night of fun. The rooms are so nice and quiet, we don’t have to leave to have good dining options. The Chop House is amazing and the buffet is pretty good for a buffet. The heated pool and hot tub are perfect to give you a break from gambling and usually not busy. We play the $15 black jack tables and have a great time every time. We definitely are looking forward to going back."

We had a problem with our hot tub but Joe made sure it was taking care of quickly and offered several solutions in case the repair took too long. It was back online and working in a few hours.
