"The hotel is sharing a building with other services, and the common area need refurbishing. The mattress is bad and bent, needs replacement. Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated. The customer service was very good and friendly."

"The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were within a few block walk of the Plaza des Armas and the park at Cerrado Santa Lucia. I also want to give a shout-out to Miguel at the front desk who was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport. "

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting,...
