"Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess."

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Little Rock. I normally can give 5s for everything. Unfortunately a lighting outage caused a delay in checking in and WiFi troubles. Both things were out of any staff members hands but they handled it so well. Kudos to an amazing staff team!"

"Loved our stay. Only issue was it is right next door to a convention center and there were events going on during our stay. People parked in the Embassy Suites parking lot so we had to park several blocks away."
