It was a last minute decision to go which made it hard to find a room close to where i wanted to go but found one near pacific fair and the weekend overall turned out as i hoped. For those that want it the casino was right next door,pacific fair in walking distance and light rail close by. The convention centre also in walking distance and i suspect beaches were close by to. "The room was amazing! We stayed for our honeymoon and were provided with a bottle of champagne, heart balloon and chocolates. The pool area and gym were also very impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a seriously smart hotel in a great location. We stayed Saturday night and the pool area was quite lively with a DJ but you can’t hear it from your room. Would recommend staying. There was also a local market set up on the Sunday on the esplanade right outside the hotel. "

"Good value at peak season. Small room, average bed. Great air-conditioning. Staff were very understanding when I slept in and checked out one hour late. A small $20 fee I believe was quite reasonable. Reception stayed open an extra hour to accommodate us. A five star, 3 star hotel"

"You can walk and take the bus everywhere all while you leave your car in the secure underground parking! Eat at Miami Rice, or the surf club. Bus it to Pac Fair for 50cents. Take a nature walk to the lockout. Love this place!"
