"We wanted a place no too far from Rome , quiet , in which to stay off season , for a week with gran children The weather was fine , sunny but not too hot The place is clean , well maintained and a basket of wine , oil coffee , biscuits was a very nice touch. The book gave us very useful addresses of delicious Italian food shops and takeaways. It also listed nearby places to visit The rooms are just right, comfortable and spacious. The pool is great The garden big enough for the children to play...

"The property was lovely and spacious and the pool was great! The kitchen lacked a few bits and bobs and it would have been good to have been met by the owner/ key holder when we arrived. There is a lovely restaurant 500m down the road."
