"As of this posting, the property is "under construction". My check-in went seamless as I paid for early check-in. I'm thankful that I did too. The check-in line around 4 pm was a 2-hour wait because the property only had 2 people working a tight check-in area. There was also a couple of events in town, so lots of people! Due to the property being under construction, they had to move the main check-in area down the hall. So their wayfinding isn't great, I had to ask a few times where checik-in was. The staff kept pointing to areas, but not giving any clear direction. Aside from all the logistical chaos, the new tower is beautiful, and the stay was great especially for the price. We stayed for 1 night, so go in with clear expectations and your stay will be fine."

"Our room had an amazing view of the lake and snowy top mountains. Decor/furniture is a bit dated and wasn’t in the best shape. Also not sure why but it took forever for the water to get warm. Met my expectations of a hotel casino resort and would likely come back again."

"Hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Tahoe for the price. The lodge has such a cozy, welcoming vibe the second you walk in. Staff was super helpful and informative, and the little perks like a complimentary drink and s’mores kit were such a fun touch. The room was spotless, cozy, and had great ambiance lighting. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere (restaurants, casinos, everything). I’ve stayed at more expensive places in Tahoe that weren’t half as nice. Will absolutely be staying here again."
