We asked for a refund as there was nothing deluxe or superior about the room. We were mislead. "

"Facilities and location are unparalleled. The staff were also professional and friendly, and I had everything I needed for a few nights' stay. However, I feel the cleanliness could have been improved on as I found dust bunnies when I first entered the room. The property could also do with some updating soon as the walls and tiles in the bathroom were slightly worn."
