"This was our second visit to the Dell. It’s in a perfect, quiet location, just a short walk from the shops and beautiful beach. The chalet was very clean and well equipped; the kitchen had every utensil we could need! The only thing that would improve our stay a little is the option of a slightly earlier check in, as the day is nearly over by 4 p.m., and slightly later checkout than 10 a.m. "

Along the stunning Norfolk Coast, families build sandcastles on Mundesley Beach while the tide reveals perfect shell-hunting territory. Take a short drive to East Ruston Old Vicarage gardens or climb Happisburgh Lighthouse for coastal views that locals recommend at sunset.

The Maids Head Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk into the city or to the station. There are some great dining options around the hotel. We stayed in the Surlingham suite which was gorgeous. The view in the morning of the cathedral was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful, everything we asked for they accommodated. We'd definitely stay again!!! "

"Great stay, lovely staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Great location for town centre and train station. Perfect for a short get away. Would stay here again if coming back to Norwich."
"Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle.
Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well.
Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again."
"Room had amazing view into Carrow Road (Norwich City grounds), was really comfortable and was close to a small shopping centre with several choices.
Staff were super helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was really good, best buffet style I've had in a while with it all tasting perfectly cooked and fresh.
Not too far from city centre by car/taxi but away from the hustle and bustle of it.
Would definitely stay here again."
