"Nice hotel 5 mins walk from T4 and free shuttle from T2. The bar and restaurant were welcoming"

"What a really nice room! Spotless. Really nice staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Easy shuttle back to the airport in the morning. We were dropping off a rental car and swung by the hotel first and parked in the underground parking. They validated our parking ticket so we could park for free for about 20 minutes to check in and drop off our luggage before going back to take the car to the drop off point. Then we walked back from the terminal to the hotel, which was fine but a little confusing...

"Great for families"

"The hotel is quite new and modern. The reception staff was friendly and offered kids ice cream vouchers. However, the amount the hotel charged was not the same as the amount we booked through Hotel.com. Also we paid $20 for the parking, but the system asked us to pay fees when we left. It took a short period and several try in communicating with them before we were finally good to go."

"Hotel was a good base, friendly staff and cleaners. Room was a good size with ironing facilities and coffee/tea and a packet of biscuits usually per day ( did have to go to reception a few times as hadnt been left enough). Pool area was clean and quiet, there had been a canopy allowing shade but this was blown down in a storm. My big problem was I had a bill at the end of my stay (was there from 30.01.24 to 28.02.24). I had been under the impression that I had booked bed and breakfast I went to...
