"Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available. "

"Excellent hotel in a beautiful area. Great hospitality. We absolutely loved staying in this breathtaking and untouched nature with happy animals walking around. The sound of the animals and their bells and the birds singing made the atmosphere calm and comfortable. A plus is the free access to the gardens of Villa Melzi which are incredibly beautiful and give an easier way to reach Bellagio city center, located at least 20 minutes away by foot. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
