North Captiva Point House - Boat/Water Taxi Only **NEWLY RENOVATED **
Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return.

Beach Villa 2212: Your Captiva Island Oasis with Gulf Views
Pros: clean unit with updated kitchen and bath overlooking the pool with ocean view. Management and host were very responsive. Easy access to beach with beautiful sunsets. Cons: kitchen had ants which someone else posted about (not sure why it wasn't taken care of previously), A/C was VERY noisy ...

Beach Villa 2313, Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf
Great location. Easy access to pool and beach.Easy and helpful communication with property manager. Condo was clean and well equipped.Loved the screen porch with great view of the pool and gulf.
