"The host, Ken, was the best host I have ever rented from. The house was immaculate. Every year I rent a house so my family and loved ones can get together. I plan on making this my yearly house if available. Ken handled any questions/concerns that I had and seriously made it an enjoyable weekend, even with my family lol"

"Upon arrival the home was clean, easy check in and access. My grandchildren loved the pool and all of the pool toys. We used the wagon and beach chairs and cooler to go and visit Sanibel. The home was comfortsble and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were just a few issues that we had to address. The first was the dishwasher. It was very old and the trays had visible rust I contacted the owner and they immediately replaced it. The hot tub was not functioning upon arrival and the pool cleaners had advised that it had not been working for several months they had been waiting for a part. The hot tub looked very old and really needs to be replaced.Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and it was close to a lot of amenities and great restaurants. I highly recommend it for small children and families and retirees. It was very nice."

"Only complaint is the ‘brown gravy and biscuits ‘was not as good as the traditional white gravy. The cook/ keeper of the food area was very nice. "
