The location of this hotel is terrible. Getting in and out of the parking lot is very difficult, esp during rush hour. The hotel is not very clean, and definitely needs some updates, very loud all night long, coming and going, the smell in the hallways was so gross. I would not stay here again. All that being said, the bed was pretty comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay. I originally planned to stay at this hotel for a few days then into another hotel nearby for the remainder of my trip but I had such a comforting experience I decided to extend my stay. The room, lobby, laundry room and the property were really clean !! The staff were also very friendly and hospitable. I forgot her name but the lady at the front was just hands down amazing. The only takeaway was the smell of cigarettes a few times, I saw where they had a small smoking area outside which I’m assuming the smoke goes through ac vent and into the room.

The hotel itself the outside is gorgeous and we are in Fort Myers so of course there’s traffic but where it’s located it’s perfect. It’s right around the best restaurants and traffic here in Fort Myers is really not that bad. I’m from Miami mind you. The staff were incredible. This was the friendliest and the nicest hotel and the cleanest and the home is feeling hotel. I’ve stayed in ever. Definitely would stay here again.

I've noticed some negative reviews which seemed to come from travelers used to staying in the conventional hotel. That's not what this is. not that it can't be used as a hotel, but it is designed for more long-term stays. It is a newer building, it is in good condition, it has laundry facilities, a gym, all of the things you would need for a long-term stay. When I checked in there was a small issue that was handled efficiently and professionally by the manager on duty Joe. This was around 1 AM and Joe was super pleasant and he offered solutions to fix the problem instead of saying he just couldn't help. Unfortunately, the very next day I had an issue from my side and the general manager was super accommodating and assisted without hesitation. She was also great on how she handled my specific problem. With widespread staff shortages across all industries, In my experience they did a phenomenal job and I would absolutely stay here again and probably will.

Overall my stay was good. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable I love the large capacity refrigerator, we had breakfast food and stored it for the duration of our stay; there was a mini stove top as well, I didn't use it but it was a good addition if needed. Things I didn't like were the very limited services. We met a lady attending the desk upon arrival. I didn't feel any warmth or welcome from her. It was just business. In contrast I met Brian first over the phone, then later that afternoon and he was much more welcoming. The reception area closes for a great part of the day. It was open for check-in but closed by 8:00 p.m. and there's no one present overnight; if there's an emergency you're advised to call a number. I didn't like that I couldn't have extra towels. It was 3 of us staying and only 4 towels to the room. Housekeeping is not everyday so keep your room tidy yourself, not a big deal. I was surprised that there is no ice! Lol. I made ice with the trays in the fridge. Overall my stay was good.

This place has very nice rooms and the staff all seem to be pretty nice people as well. It is within walking distance of the mall and a few restaurants plus their rates are pretty reasonable too. Highly recommended!!!
