"We had a comfortable, warm and a very pleasant three nights in the studio, with the owners being very helpful. We had to leave early for the ferry and unfortunately didn't have a chance to say thanks to them or fatewell. A very central place to stay in a lovely garden. "

"I arrived at the property and the owner came out after an hour to tell me that he knows nothing about this ad being advertised and refused us entry to the property. Gareth is the room mate of the owner. Gareth doesn't answer his phone or his messages. I'm now trying to get a refund.. don't stay here at all unless you want to lose your money"

"Nice property. Very quaint heritage home. Liked the hosts and breakfast. Located close to the CBD, with an uber trip to the CBD costing about $11 (or a half hour walk if you prefer). The shared bathroom is a bit inconvenient for the price but otherwise good."

"One of a kind, large, five star bed and breakfast near to restaurants, downtown! Hosts were amazing to talk with and breakfasts were delicious. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally specious! "We enjoyed our stays however was overwhelmed by the rules on staying at the property the book lists was over the top and felt unwelcoming especially if you stay a minute over 10am checkout time they charge $20 per hour, the kitchen was good however not really clean the pots and pans need upgrading the owner was not friendly so made us uncomfortable on arrival. Maybe kids would like it with all the animals around the dogs were the best part so lovely."
