Bed and Breakfast in Cansaulim

"I stayed in this Hotel in the off-season - I was the only resident there! Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. Bablu gave me a takeaway menu from a local restaurant which was very useful on an evening. The area of the hotel was quiet and tranqil...just what I needed after...

"This is s beautiful property. However, they do not have dining options around. I had to order from service, which would come from their sister location that had a restaurant. The property is also remote, and i would havre preferred to walk in town for shopping. For that, i had to rent a daily taxi, which is not cheap. In fact, anywhere in Goa, taxi seems unionized and expensive. "

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

"This is my second visit to this property. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean, the linen and towels were neat. The owner and his wife are friendly. The location is also great it's near to the beach just 10 mins walk Overall a very good homestay."

"The hotel staff mislead us for pickup from airport. They refused to clean the room as we checked in after 7 by saying that they don't do cleaning at night. The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services."
