"Very basic rooms and unwelcoming reception staff: Swan tower Novo Hamburgo is said to be a 4 star hotel from the outside and in the lobby but it lacks the very basic room amenities such as a bathrobe, a pair of disposable slippers, an iron and a simple coffee jug- no 4am coffee lol unless you called over the phone (paid extra) and that would probably be a bother understandably. Bar looked amazing but it was a real struggle to get anyone to help. Always empty and unattended. Rooms were VERY basic...

"A functional hotel next to a shopping mall. Check was slow and the WiFi was very poor every where which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had great air con and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. "

"Hotel bem antigo as margens da BR 118 ao lado de um grande posto de gasolina onde possui conveniência, que quando o restaurante terceirizado do hotel não funciona a opção e a conveniência do Posto. No Geraldo o hotel e bom, já o café da manhã e muito bom."

"Deplorável, hotel velho, cheiro horrivel no quarto, banheiros ruins, cama entao totalmente desconfortavel. Atendimento péssimo, consta que tem estacionamento masnao divulga que tem que pagar, nao informam que nao emitem a nota fiscal no momento da chegada, tamem é impossivel cancelar pois nao reembolsam, não recomendo"
