New hotel, comfortable beds, very good shower. We were 3 people and stayed in a room with a single bed and a queen. Breakfast (included) had a nice selection and waiter Marcelo was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was a little confusing, no signage on the street. Overall a good experience and would go back.

Nice, very clean room; good breakfast. Good, secure location, near a beautiful park, restaurant, supermarket and shopping center. Staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. The hotel's restaurant has a good menu at reasonable prices. A most pleasant stay.

Nice entrance and lobby, friendly staff, nice appearing room however disgusting bathroom in room 718. The shower door was barely holding with moldy caulking and black moldy tiles. The carpet around the bed also needs a deep clean. Overall good to spend the night however could be much better with a bit more maintenance and cleaning.

No shops nearby. Everything is an Uber. This the seedy part of Moinhos. The hotel service is inconsistent. Most of the staff do not speak English. They cater to local tourists. Which is fine. The rooms aren't super clean. But the bed sheets were changed. The air con and heat work. There's an extra quilt. Windows open. There's a consistent wet cement type smell. Amenities are standard. Bathroom small. The cafe is open with standard fare. Hit and miss some items missing. It is a decent hotel but far from the cool area of Moinhos.

O hotel é bem localizado e está muito bem conservado. É um hotel com infraestrutura mais compacta. O restaurante é pequeno, a recepção também, e os quartos são de tamanho reduzido. Mas isso não prejudicou em nada a estadia. Ao contrário, achamos que apesar de pequeno, os espaços são muito bem aproveitados. A cama é extremamente confortável, roupa de cama ótima, travesseiros muito bons. O banheiro é excelente, ducha incrível e os produtos (shampoo, condicionado, hidratante e sabonete líquido) eram muito bons. Tudo no quarto parecia novo. O café da manhã é ótimo e a equipe muito prestativa. Além disso, numa noite, solicitamos pratos do restaurante do próprio hotel e estava muito bom. Utilizamos a garagem, é paga a parte, R$45,00 por dia, com manobrista 24 horas por dia. Realmente foi uma experiência muito boa, sem nada a reclamar. Excelente custo benefício.

Recepcao excelente. No entanto, quarto alocado inicialmente nao condizia com a reserva. Logo apos a reclamacao me passaram para o melhor quarto do hotel. Em funcao da alta ocupacao, a limpeza dos elevadores e corredores ficou a desejar. Em linhas gerai muito positivo, boa localizacao e quartos novos. Chuveiro excepcional em temperatura e volume de agua. Toalhas grandes e novas. So falta a ducha higienica para tornar as facilidades perfeitas!! Um pecado capital - room service funciona somente ate as 22hs. Tecnicamente um room service que nao é room service!!!
