Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Recepcionista acredito que seja espanhola muito atenciosa e simpática diferente da gerente que é mau humorada e mau educada. Acredito que este cargo não seja o ideal para ela. Acomodação e chuveiro bons . Café da manhã é bom mas não tem pão fresquinho do dia. No mais tudo ok.

Péssima experiencia... No recomendo!

O quarto era terrível!!! Quando entrei no quarto a temperatura do mesmo, segundo termostato do ar, era de 33 graus. O banheiro era adaptado para cadeirantes, o que resulta em ser desconfortável para pessoas que não usam cadeira de rodas. O pior era o chuveiro que não tinha qualquer contenção para a água e a mesma inundava mais da metade do banheiro... Além de ter cortina de plástico que estava suja. O colchão da cama tinha aproximadamente 5 cm de grossor... Tremendamente desconfortável. Quando entrei no quarto não gostei e desci na recepção para perguntar sobre a possibilidade de trocar de quarto. De forma muito rude e grosseira me falarem que não seria possível a troca. O café da manhã era terrível, possivelmente o pior que tomei nos últimos 5 anos.

Não é primeira vez que nos hospedamos no IBIS, No saguão, entrada do hotel, derramaram não sei o que no chão e ninguém limpa!! Ficou 48 horas, isso porque eu fui embora!!! Nao sei mais quanto tempo ficou!!! Café e janta servido no saguão do hotel !!! Aff nunca vi isso!!! Totalmente ant higiênico!!!

Um Ibis fora da curva.

Ha tempos não ficavamos em Ibis nenhum devido a decadencia que encontrávamos em todos, mas o Assis Brasil surpreendeu, nao tinhamos outra escolha devido ao local e encontramos um hotel da rede totalmente fora da curva de Ibis tradicionais. Com toda ctz estará em nossas proximas viagens a POA.

Quarto mínimo para três pessoas.

Apesar de ter feito todo o checkin antecipadamente online, o tempo de checkin no balcão ainda assim foi longo. O quarto é mínimo para três pessoas. Paga-se a mais por três pessoas, para um quarto maior. Esse hotel coloca uma cama a mais no único espaço disponível, fazendo a locomoção das pessoas e a disposição das malas quase impossível. Não havia sabonete líquido no chuveiro.
