Já sou cliente e me hospedei algumas vezes no Moov. Mas vejo que, de alguns meses pra cá a qualidade tem caído vertiginosamente. A começar pela roupa de cama, que tem tido aspecto de suja, com manchas e que não está sendo trocada a cada hospedagem. O sabonete e o shampoo (embora sejam "cortesias") são de baixa qualidade. Mas, o pior tem sido o café da manhã. Alimentos endurecidos, ressecados, passados. Salada de frutas feita de qualquer jeito, cada fruta cortada de um tamanho diferente, com cascas. Os sucos são de pó. Até a água tem um gosto estranho. Colocam muita variedade, mas dá pra ver que é apenas quantidade e não qualidade. Notei muitos hóspedes deixando os pratos com comida. Uma pena. E um hotel bem localizado e com checkin rápido, mas que parece estar sem gerente.

É um bom hotel para o que propõe. Costumo reservar para passagens rápidas por ser um ótimo custo-benefício. Os quartos são limpos, o chuveiro é bom, o café da manhã também tem opções suficientes. O que mais deixa a desejar, para mim, são os travesseiros. A equipe também recebe bem. O estacionamento é pago a parte, mas sempre consigo estacionar no hotel mesmo.

Fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas sendo uma criança e não tinha se quer um colchão de solteiro para colocar no chão. Meu filho teve que dormir usando cobertores para improvisar um colchão. Péssimo atendimento dos funcionários e nenhum empenho em resolver o problema. Além disso, o estácionamento que constava como incluso teve que ser pago a parte. Não recomendo absolutamente.
