Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Volto, porém!!!

Fico em alguns hotéis ibis, porém este hotel de canoas parece em uma fase de decadência, são pequenos detalhes no apto que me faz pensar assim: chuveiro higiênico não funciona, porta do banho não fecha, porta sabonete caído, faltou água gelada a água que saia para banho extremamente quente. Em suma coisas fáceis de consertar com relevância para o hóspede.

Ótimo hotel para viagem a trabalho na região de Canoas, evitando-se ir ao Centro de Porto Alegre. Porém, as opções de refeição, exceto o Shopping ao lado, são poucas.
