"Mostly very good, the room was a little cramped and the kettle had to be used on the carpet as the lead was too short to plug into the socket, just a little uncomfortable on the safety side but apart from that we had a nice stay, thanks"

"Clean bedroom and bathroom. Public areas not so much. When we arrived late afternoon there were empty beer bottles in the corridor near our bedroom, old, dirty, cutlery outside another, on another floor. Room service plates etc outside another. These were there still the next day at check out. Staff were not overly personable on reception either, no info. given about leisure centre on check in - would have been helpful to know swim school runs on a Saturday morning! On check out when dropping off key, 2 staff, 1 helping customer while the other seemingly ignored me and then tried to help a man that barged past me! It's a shame as this has always been a lovely hotel!"

"Room was clean although as previously stated the bathroom was a concern with no slip mat in the bath. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful and with a smile! Breakfast was good and also adding a separate section of gluten free products was appreciated Parking plenty of it but although only £5 to pay for parking for the privilege of staying at the hotel is possibly a little mean on both sides"

"Great great location. Don’t need to stay near the pier and pay their price. Great value at this hotel, clean , modern,well maintained and excellent location. Bar and restaurant on site so no need to venture out hunting for something. Many friends stay near pier for pre cruises but way more expensive while this hotel is only 10 minutes to pier was way more cost effective. Uber was only 8 pounds. Definitely recommend this hotel for all singles couples and family."

"The house and grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was great they cooked some vegan sausages for me. The room was cold but they had an electric heater which I turned on when I got there and the room was warm when I got out of bed. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. The room proved difficult to find when I got there I could have been given better directions."
