Bed could really do with a new mattress or at least a topper, as there are springs that can be felt. Other residents need to be reminded to not let the doors slam or they should be fitted with closers. Was woken at least 3 times late in the night and then abruptly at 7.30am by the room next to us.

I was surprised The room had no bathroom, heating was not working all night. Don't make the mistake of booking here. I complain to the stuff 3 times and called them at least 10 time just to get someone on call and no help from them. Still haven't got the refund. Worst accommodation of all..

I had been slightly apprehensive after reading some poor reviews, but it was fine. Definitely more "student house" than "hotel" but perfectly adequate for a night. I was aware of other people in the house, but not disturbed by voices or traffic noise, and the door code system felt safe and secure. My only complaint is the lack of human contact in the checking in process. A phone number is given with advice to ring at least 24 hours before arrival, but it seems not to be manned. After a bit of detective work I made contact by email, then I received a reply that I would be given check in details at noon on my arrival day. This did happen, but I wasn't able to ask a human being if there was a kettle in the room (there was), a TV (there wasn't) or parking space (there was, but more by luck than design).

Dirty outside the property, entry coded doors would have helped if I was given the codes. It took a while to contact the landlord to require the codes. My booking was for room 6, but after many attempts to get in the room I found someone to help. Only to find someone else’s property was in the room. Contacted landlord again, luckily he found another room. Room 2 was basic, fresh bedding, clean towels. Overall quality 3/10.

Bathrooms are dated and just not clean. No staff available. Pillow was clean but stained with blood. Shower door install backwards. Faucets not attached to sink. Shower controls loose.Mixing valve not working very dangerous. Open the shower door it turns the water off.

We like the Pebbles guest house.We have stayed twice now.Very good value for money.Just one thing is the code on the front door we found it hard to open luckily someone else that stayed there helped to open the door so all was good in the end.

Tiny TV but no remote, so could not use. Shower took over 5 mins to get hot, but then had to hold it, as the wall holder was broken. Room was like a shoe box. No sound proofing, had some guy talking till pst midnight, and could hear every word (it was a very boring conversation). Found the electronic door entry system, hard to use.
