"This is a great property as a place to lay your head when traveling around the island. Some of the instructions on getting around, check in, and check out were confusing and depending on where you look for it (via website, text, email, handbook in the room) there was conflicting information. While being in the middle of nature and local living is part of the experience, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and an eye mask. Those coquís and other habitat like to be loud in the evenings and mornings. The breakfast room is open 24/7 which was a huge bonus as it had an ice maker and microwave along with kitchen utensils. The room itself was pleasant and was spacious for a solo traveler. The area felt safe as the location is gated. "

I arrived as a girlfriend and left as a fiancée, carrying a heart full of love and memories. From the evening songs of the coquis to the morning wake-up call of the roosters, we left feeling completely rejuvenated by the fresh air and the natural symphony of Puerto Rico. What to Know: The Experience: Be prepared for the magic of outdoor showering/bathing—it is an absolutely beautiful way to connect with nature. The Location: Casa Parcha is perfectly situated. It's an easy 1.5-hour drive from the airport and conveniently close to the coastline and local towns for supplies. The Hosts: Communication was flawless. The hosts were available via text for every question we had before and during our stay. Pro-Tips: Pack light, non-perishable food items, bring plenty of water, and embrace the glamping lifestyle! 10/10 recommend! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect start to our next chapter!"
