Such a wonderful place to stay. Relaxing, safe and can forget about the world outside

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff friendly and very helpful. The tour desk were able to change my sailing tour on the morning as it was raining and I wanted to wait a day for better weather. The prices for food and beverages was expensive. Considering this cost the same as an all inclusive, but with no inclusions I expected more reasonable prices to drink and eat in. Good Staff and Really Nice Property and BreakFast

lovely grand old school hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. great pool and gym. beautiful lobby. the rooms and decor in other areas are elegant but perhaps starting to look a little dated and tired. It would be spectacular with a more contemporary refurb. the restaurants onsite are a little overpriced and uninviting. overall a great hotel experience.

Amazing amenities for kids!

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The restaurant were mostly fantastic and the range in the breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. We were upgraded on arrival due to our hotels.com gold status which was amazing. Rooms were immaculate and clean and staff very helpful. My only negatives were that most of the chairs around the pool were taken very early so if you arrive at the pool by 9am there was no lounges. Also we had multiple calls to try to sell us the Palace loyalty program...

Enjoyed the close proximity to the airport & free shuttle service. Staff very friendly & good customer service. Room quiet & comfortable. Only criticism the fridge needed to be plugged in to use.

Marvellous experience

The staff went above and beyond to provide assistance and welcome us to the property. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the pool access. Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for good value for money.
