The hotel overall is nice. Its fairly new so a lot of things arent open yet. We did have a problem with our hot water for 2 dys. We are vip guess which means we would qualify for a room upgrade if available. When we arrived to our check in we asked if they had any upgraded rooms available..she said yes but we would need to pay for the upgrade. While expedia was saying that the upgraded would be free.. we had to play phone tag call expedia and have them call Hyatt to get our upgraded room.. that took a cool minute. The restaurant on site are okay. Nothing fancy but decent food. We rented a beach cabana twice its $125 per day.. we got a bottle of wine and day bed. That was definitely worth it. Downside is you need to arrive when beach club opens to make sure you get you cabana. It opens at 10 am (i recommend getting a uber since shuttle doesnt start til later) The rooftop bar/pool has limited sitting you also need to arrive early to get an umbrella with chair.... view is definitely worth it. If you are there to celebrate anything special ... bday .. engagement make sure you talk with concierge.. they have set ups they can provide at additional cost. The food is okay.. my favorite was the poke nachos at the beach club. We ate at all restaurants i recommend making rsvp... bad part is you can only make one rsvp per day. Hope this review helps you!

I love that it was an all adult resort and very nice and clean. I did not like that everything such as pools and pool bar closed at 5 and its was an all adult . I also didn't like that there were not activities or nightlife for adults. Most guest that we meant were bored and decided to go off the resort for fun and music.

It is a beautiful place. I was a little hesitant because of the other reviews mentioning construction and limited access to restaurants but it wasn’t bad. There is still construction going on but the main area where you stay isn’t even near where the construction is happening. The resort is chic, peaceful, and overall stunning. All of the restaurants were pretty good except the Asian place on the rooftop. The drinks were a bit watered down but if you get a shot on the side it makes up for it. The one thing I don’t like was how far the hotel is from bars and hotel pick up zones. Many excursions won’t pick you up directly from the hotel because they don’t do picks up by lagoon areas. It’s inconvenient to have to pay for an Uber to go to the pick up zone that’s 10-15 min away. There is also a lot of security here as well so no one can just walk on the property, you have to provide your room number at the gate an to anyone picking you up which I thought was pretty good because it makes you feel safer. But overall it was a good trip and I would go back.

This was hands down the best all inclusive resort I’ve been to. The employees were AMAZINGGGGGGG I could not tell you how nice and helpful they were. They really went above and beyond to make sure every person was having a good relaxing time. The food was small portion BUT you can order as much as you’d like. I think they might do this to make the experience of the restaurant feel like a high end restaurant and not a resort feel. Infinity pool was breathless and the beach club was so unbelievably beautiful HIGHLY recommend. We did do the spa and I wish I didn’t. The person doing the messages was absolutely amazing but it didn’t have that spa quiet feel. It was odd in my opinion. They do have construction going on but not in your view it’s their sister resort. This isn’t like a party resort AT ALL but if you want to go to relax and have a beautiful time this is the place to be. I will say once their sister resort opens I can really see this being one of the best hotels to stay at. Special shout out to a few people who really just made the experience extra better, Maid - Lyscia ( I’m sorry if I’m saying it wrong 1305) we would come back to our rooms and it would be SPOTLESS. Delfancino ( waiter ) he was absolutely amazing and made our dining experience 10/10. Jesus in the roof top area he was so nice and AMAZINGGGGG. He always made sure we had drinks in hand and got us whenever we needed. Honestly it was just amazing. Book the trip. Relax. And thank me later.

Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t good. First false advertisements on the hotel it self and specially on vintage club amenities such a hydro massages, special breakfast area, etc. doesn’t stop there restaurants have rotating schedule, with very limited options for lunch, one day there was no restaurant open cuz the one opened for lunch closed at 5 and the ones open for dinner don’t open till 6 or 6:30. The 24 cafe is pathetic with two type of mini premade sandwiches and some mini pastries. I understand the hotel being new but the facilities/restaurants/activities that were mentioned back in March when booked (they since changed, probably they got called out on) they just don’t exist and if any did the came with many restrictions that again was not advertised. Also there was no hot water in two occasions, no AC in one, and the constant hammering noise was during most of the stay. The property is far from the street, so your only option is to get a taxi from the lobby so u can be dropped off on the Main Street cuz there is no shuttle that u can use or golf carts. I would say two of the staff worth mentioning, Jesus (main pool/rooftop) his customer service was top notch, and Jaime from the entertainment team.

The facility is gorgeous. Only half of the hotel was open but that didn’t matter to us. I must say I was very disappointed with the food and the drinks… the only restaurant we enjoyed was at the italian restaurants. The drinks were very watery and the bartenders had no idea when we asked for different options… we tried chicken on every food place and they undercooked it every time. One lady at the bakery bar was very rude as well… apparently she has a problem heating pastries for customers. It’s a new hotel and they are figuring things out but they need to work on the things customers are always looking for, food, drinks and customer service. The place was gorgeous and clean, the views were amazing too. Im not coming back here but i hope they change for the better

The hotel is still brand new so there is certain sections that were not completed but it was not an issue. It still a beautiful place. Favorite parts was the rooftop pool and bar as well as the spa. The bartenders were amazing and friendly. The ladies at the spa were great as well

How do I even begin this review. Within first 5 min of being at the resort my entire party was denied any shots. They explained they no longer serve shots. Restaurants are barely open and food is mid grade I have to say I ate better at a taco stand on the highway. The staff loves to debate and argue with you on the resorts behalf. If I could give 0 stars I would I am simply writing this review because I wish I had known or been pre warned. You spend a lot of money on these trips you should get what you pay for so do yourself,friends and family a favor and check out some of the other resorts Cancun has to offer.

Was mislead, The property is only about half completed. Pools close at 6pm, which is completely unacceptable. Upon returning from an excursion we couldn't unwind in the pool. No hot tub, outside bars close at 5-6pm. The food was average and in some cases made me sick. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff does a great job. This resort has a ton of potential, but seems to need a bit more of refinement.

Prettty boring resort, Restaurants food taste good but the food could barely satisfy a 5 year old..very too small portions and we had to wait an hour for food. We went to the Italian restaurant but the lagsania was reheated…I know cause I’m a head chef of a 4 star restaurant. And the pasta was over cooked. Staff was super super friendly and I know it’s new resort but the entertainment was very lacking,

Beautiful hotel, new and clean. The staff was the best, super friendly and helpful. Only at dinner it is only a la carte, and after three days of eating at restaurants you need more variety, maybe a buffet.

Decor, restaurants, pool and waiter staff was amazing. Front desk management and staff were extremely rude and lied about multiple things about the room and inclusions. New property so still working out things so I’d give it some time before booking. Active construction going on during the day and early mornings so will get distrusted sleep/rest.

Amazing! Definitely coming back when i am able to, great service. Place is beautiful and have very friendly staff! I do not know what i liked the most if the beautiful suite, the food, the rooftop pool, the drinks, the weather, the safety, or the Amazing people they have working for the resort!

This was our first all-inclusive resort stay so nothing to compare it to but it was a great experience. Hotel is BRAND new so super clean and sparkly. Friendly and helpful staff and nice pool and restaurants. Make sure to note: you have to reserve a shuttle time with the concierge to get to their off-site beach club. It was a bit of a hassle with minimal trips offerd to and from the beach each day. However, it is a beautiful area once you get there. Overall a great experience.

Place was nice, beds are super noisy could hear them from other peoples room. Away from everything very secluded. Staff still has alot of work to do, wait times at restaurants were alot . Over all it was an ok expericence. Would I stay here agin? Probably not.

The most property is absolutely stunning!! They have a ton of people working to keep the place clean. Rooms were super clean and spacious which I loved. Best food was the roof top Japanese, breakfast buffet and Aglio. The service from the staff was horrible from the moment we got there. They were so rude and unprofessional. Would blow whistles at everyone to get out of the pool leaving us with no towels. Also really hard to get a dinner reservations but I recommend just walking up and waiting. Service was extremely disappointing but overall the restaurant property was beautiful and we made the best out of our experience. Would come back for the beach club alone. It was so stunning!!
